Resort La Quinta

At the top of a hill, with stunning views of the sea and mountains, in an enviable location where tranquillity and privacy play a key role, a new luxury residential development is proposed within the renowned urbanisation of La Quinta in Benahavís.

The project has a strong landscape-driven approach, fully aware of its exceptional setting. Through the use of terraces, garden beds, pathways, and landscaped zones, the design seeks maximum integration with the natural environment. It takes advantage of the site’s rugged topography to enhance the panoramic views and to create stepped platforms that improve the visual character of the hill.

The buildings are designed using natural, neutral materials to reduce their visual impact and are defined by a clear and simple volumetry.
