AP ARQUITECTOS is an architecture studio operating in the Balearic Islands, Seville, Huelva, and the Costa del Sol, founded by architect Alfonso Plá Garrido. It is a young and growing studio, made up of a multidisciplinary team with extensive professional experience.
Our studio is focused on the integration of vernacular architecture. In other words, the architecture native to the place, characterized by the proper use of local materials and regional knowledge.

Alfonso Plá Garrido is the director and founder of AP ARQUITECTOS, a young and multidisciplinary studio with great potential in the fields of architecture and interior design.
Alfonso Plá Garrido studied architecture at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. During his academic training, he was awarded third place in the GET UP ORONA 2015 Architecture Competition. Later, he began his career as an architect, collaborating with various international architecture firms, such as BGD Architects in Australia, where he worked for two years. In 2018, he founded AP ARQUITECTOS in Mallorca.
AP ARQUITECTOS operates in Spain, primarily in the Balearic Islands, with exponential growth across the rest of the country. The studio is composed of a young and multidisciplinary team with extensive professional experience, including architects, designers, and all the necessary specialists to bring any project to life. The firm primarily focuses on residential architecture.
